1. We will start the session with a consultation to assess your specific needs.
2. In a comfortable sitting and/or standing posture with eyes preferably closed to focus inside yourself, I will guide you vocally through a series of specific physical and mental exercises (such as gentle movements, breathing techniques, concentration exercises and visualisation) following a tailor-made programme.
3. We will end the session by sharing about the experience after the exercises, providing feedback on inter-session developments.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
By relaxing the body, you calm also the mind. It is a physical and mental relaxation implying putting your level of consciousness between the waking state and sleep, allowing you to be deeply relaxed but remain alert. The mind is so calm that the intellect won't have its say. The inner « mind chatter » quiets down in order to connect with our wiser intuitive mind.
An average of 5 to 6 sessions is recommended to allow you time to integrate the techniques. Each session last for 1 hour.
It is highly recommended to have a regular practice to ensure an optimum efficiency and help you to reach your desire state. However, it is up to each individual to choose the frequency.
After each session, you will learn tools that can be easily integrated to your lifestyle to help you manage your symptoms, to reach inner harmony and improve your quality of life.
