Individual Sophrology sessions are recommended if you have a specific matter to address.
An average of 5 to 6 sessions is recommended to allow you time to integrate the techniques.
A session last for 1 hour.
The sessions are available in English or in French.

Thematic Group Session
I offer thematic group workshops on sleep, stress management and event preparation.
Each session last for 1 hour.
Group workshops' fee (minimum of 5 people): £150/person for 6 weekly sessions.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a seated massage of the upper back, shoulders, arms, hands, neck, head, scalp and face. A variety of massage techniques will be used and specific pressure points will be stimulated to revive energy flow and balance the body.
The treatment last 45mins or 60mins.

Crystal Chakra Fusion
Crystal Chakra Fusion is a lying down massage of the arms, hands, shoulders, neck, decolletage, face, head and scalp with a variety of massage techniques, the use of crystals and pressure to specific marma points on the head, face, and neck to promote relaxation, health and wellbeing.
The treatment last 60mins.
