Sophrology is a powerful holistic method which help clear the mind, deeply relax and ground the body in order to access a state of inner calm.
During each session, you will serenely dive into self discovery and learn to listen and connect to your body wisdom, explore your inner resources and reconnect with your values and your inner self. I will teach you simple exercises and techniques which can be easily integrated to a busy lifestyle to help manage stress, negatives thoughts and emotions, to reduce anxiety and depression and to improve sleep, focus, mindset and wellbeing in your daily life.
With practice, you will safely and progressively improve self-awareness, balance and harmony.
My aim is to guide you through your inward journey, helping you to discover your inner powers and reconnect with your true authentic self to help you live the life you truly desire.
Individual sessions are recommended if you have a specific matter to address.
The exercise programme will be tailored to your specific needs by prior discussion during the initial consultation where we will assess together your specific needs and establishing your goal. This programme will then be refined depending on your feedback and preferences.
Through the sessions, you will develop, at your own pace, a deeper understanding of yourself, you will discover your body wisdom and explore your feelings and values helping you to reconnect with your true self and live a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
During group workshops, you will discover the fundamentals to improve general well-being and efficient techniques to manage stress and reduce anxiety, to let go of negativity and limiting beliefs and to improve your sleep and your mindset. You will also have the opportunity to share your journey and experience with other like minded people.
The Sophrology exercises are gentle, flexible and adaptable to suit most physical conditions.
However, Sophrology is not suitable for people with any of the following conditions:

An average of 5 to 6 sessions is recommended to allow you time to integrate the techniques.
A session last for 1 hour.

The cost per individual session is £80.
I offer 15% discount if you purchase 5 sessions in advance: £340 for a package of 5 sessions.
The cost for group workshops (minimum of 5 people): £150/person for 5 weekly sessions.
All payments must be made in advance, at the time of the booking.

The packages or sessions are non-refundable. However, there is no limit of time and they can be gifted.
No, you don't require any previous experience or special equipment to practice Sophrology. The exercises are simple and can be practice anywhere and anytime which is why the techniques can be easily integrated to a busy lifestyle.
We will start your initial appointment with a discussion where we will assess together your specific needs and establishing your goal. This initial discussion will help me to create a tailored programme specific to your needs and goals. This programme will be refined throughout your sessions depending on your feedback and preferences.
There is no assessment prior to a group workshop. We will just take the time to do a short group introduction.
I will explain and show you the exercises before guiding you through them.
We usually practice Sophrology sitting or/and standing with eyes closed to focus inside. However if closing your eyes is not comfortable for you, you can half close them. If the standing or sitting position is unpleasant, you can also practice lying down.
I will leave you short pauses between each exercise so you can take the time to listen, to welcome any physical sensations, any feelings and to integrate the experience. At the end of the practice, you will have a longer pause to fully integrate all the sensations after the exercises.
After the practice, I will leave you time to write down your experience in a journal and/or share it with me and give me your feedback, if you want to do so of course. This will help you to anchor the experience and keep track of your progress.
After each session, I will give you exercises to practice at home to help you integrate the techniques in your lifestyle.
I provide a safe and confidential space where you are free to live and share your experience without judgement.
The sessions are available in English and in French.
