One-to-one sessions are recommended if you have a specific matter you would like to address. During your first consultation, we’ll discuss your needs and set a personalised goal. The exercise programme is then tailored to you and adjusted as you progress, ensuring it aligns with your feedback and preferences. Over time, these sessions help you deepen your self-awareness, connect with your body’s wisdom, explore your emotions and values, and reconnect with your true self supporting a more meaningful and balanced life.
Sophrology Programme focus on the fundamentals of Sophrology to support general wellbeing. You will learn effective techniques to manage stress, reduce anxiety, release negativity, improve sleep, and cultivate a positive mindset. The Programmes also offer the opportunity to connect with like-minded people and share your journey in a supportive, encouraging environment.
The Sophrology exercises are gentle, flexible and adaptable to suit most physical conditions.
However, Sophrology is not suitable for people with any of the following conditions:

Massage is one of the safest forms of therapy known to man but there are some circumstances where it may not be recommended and these are:

Some conditions may be contraindications, however further investigation will be required before deciding if the treatment would be suitable.
Sophrology: An average of 5 to 6 sessions is recommended to allow time to fully integrate the techniques and experience their benefits.
Holistic Therapies (Indian Head Massage, The Alignment Ritual, Body Massage, or Wholeness Sessions): Like all holistic therapies, these treatments can have a cumulative effect. Depending on your circumstances, a series of 3 to 4 sessions may be ideal to feel the full benefits. After that, treatments can be enjoyed monthly as part of a gentle stress management routine.
Wholeness Programme: Typically, 4 to 8 sessions are recommended, tailored to your personal goals and needs, to support deeper transformation and lasting wellbeing.
• Sophrology: 1 hour
• Indian Head Massage or The Alignment Ritual: 1 hour
• Body Massage: 60 or 90 minutes
• Wholeness Session: 90 minutes
• The Wholeness Programme combines 60- and/or 90-minute sessions, tailored to your needs and personal goals.
Each session is designed to give you enough time to fully relax, reconnect with yourself and enjoy the benefits of the therapy in a calm, unhurried space.

The cost per one-to-one Sophrology session is £65.
Indian Head Massage is £50 for 60 minutes treatment
The Alignment Ritual is £55 for 60 minutes treatment
Wholeness Session is £90 for 90 minutes treatment

The Wholeness Programme is £320 for 4 sessions
The payment can be made via Bank Transfer prior to the appointment or by cash on the day. An invoice will be provided.

Please note that you will need to give a minimum of 24 hours-notice otherwise you will be expected to pay for your missed session.
The packages or sessions are non-refundable. However, there is no limit of time.
No previous experience or special equipment is needed to practice Sophrology. The exercises are simple, gentle and can be practised anywhere, anytime, making them easy to integrate into even the busiest lifestyle.
All sessions at The Wiser Self are completely confidential. Your privacy and trust are a priority, and anything discussed or shared during your session stays between us. This safe and respectful environment allows you to explore your wellbeing openly and comfortably.
