Sophrology sessions

Choose the best suited session for you:


INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS 


Individual sessions are recommended if you have a specific matter to address. 

Through the sessions, you will develop, at your own pace, a deeper understanding of yourself, you will discover your body wisdom and explore your feelings and values helping you to reconnect with your true self and live a more meaningful and fulfilling life. 


I provide a safe and confidential space where you are free to live and share your experience without judgement. I will provide you a tailored programme after our initial discussion where we will assess together your specific needs and establishing your goal. This programme will then be refined depending on your feedback and preferences. 


After each session, I will suggest some exercises for you to practice at home, on your own time, in between session. Your daily practice doesn't have to be long, you can start with anything  between 2 to 20 mins a regular practice is advised to fully integrate the techniques in your lifestyle and see lasting improvements.


An average of 5 to 6 sessions is recommended to allow you time to integrate the techniques. Each session last for 1 hour.

The sessions are available in English or in French.


Individual sessions' fee: £80 per session. 

I offer 15% discount if you purchase 5 sessions in advance: £340 for 5 sessions. 



THEMATIC GROUP WORKSHOPS


I offer thematic group workshops on sleep, stress management and event preparation. During these workshops, you will discover the fundamentals to improve general well-being and efficient techniques to manage stress and anxiety, to let go of negativity and limiting beliefs, and to improve your sleep and your mindset. 


I provide a safe and confidential space where you are free to live and share your experience without judgements.


After each session, I will suggest some exercises to practice at home, on your own time, in between session. Your daily practice can be anything between 2 to 20 mins. It is up to each individual to choose the frequency however regular practice is advised to fully integrate the techniques in your lifestyle and see lasting improvements.

I offer workshops in English and in French.


Group workshops' fee (minimum of 5 people): £150/person for 5 weekly sessions.



WORKSHOPS FOR COMPANIES


These workshops will give your employees the opportunity to discover well-being at work. They will learn easy and efficient techniques to improve energy levels, personal development, to reduce stress and anxiety in the workplace and prevent burn out.
