Body Massage

At The Wiser Self, my body massage treatments are designed to restore harmony between body and mind, guiding you back to your natural state of balance and wellbeing.


60-minute sessions focus on two main areas of tension, providing targeted relief and renewed energy. 90-minute sessions offer a full-body treatment, easing tension throughout the entire body, improving circulation and leaving you with a profound sense of calm and balance.

Gentle, flowing techniques help release stress, restore energy flow and support a deep connection to your body and wellbeing.


Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs, creating a personalised journey of relaxation and revitalisation, using gentle yet effective techniques to ease muscle tension, calm the nervous system, and enhance the body’s natural flow of energy. 

As you unwind, your body finds stillness, your breath deepens, and your wiser, grounded self gently reawakens.



WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR MASSAGE?


Your session begins with a short consultation to understand your needs and preferences, followed by time to settle into a calm and nurturing space.

Warm oils are applied in rhythmic, flowing movements that help release tension and promote deep relaxation. You may experience sensations of warmth, lightness or gentle energy flow, signs that your body is rebalancing.
